This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which orders can be cancelled, returned, or refunded on www.playloot.in.


1. Seller-Side Policy (Selling Your Console to PlayLoot)

1.1 Price Quotation

  • Prices shown on the website are indicative and based on the condition selected by the seller.
  • Final price is confirmed after physical inspection of the console.

1.2 Inspection & Price Revision

  • If the console condition differs from what was selected:
    • A revised price will be communicated to the seller.
    • The seller may accept or reject the revised price.

1.3 Seller Cancellation

  • Seller may cancel the order:
    • Before pickup → No charges
    • After pickup but before inspection → Return shipping may be deducted
    • After inspection if revised price is rejected → Console will be returned

1.4 Payment Timeline

  • Payments are processed within 24–72 business hours after final price acceptance.
  • Payments are made via bank transfer / UPI only.

1.5 Seller Responsibilities

  • Seller must ensure:
    • Console matches selected condition
    • No personal accounts remain logged in
    • Console is not stolen, banned, or blacklisted

PlayLoot reserves the right to reject consoles that do not meet basic eligibility.


2. Buyer-Side Policy (Purchasing from PlayLoot)

2.1 Order Cancellation by Buyer

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipment is initiated.

2.2 Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is dead on arrival (DOA)
  • Product has a functional defect not disclosed at purchase
  • Product received is not as described

The buyer must notify PlayLoot within 24 hours of delivery.

2.3 Non-Eligible Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer remorse
  • Minor cosmetic wear consistent with declared condition
  • Software, game, or account-related issues
  • Damage caused after delivery

2.4 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

3. Shipping & Damage Policy

  • All shipments are securely packed and verified before dispatch.
  • Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
  • PlayLoot reserves the right to modify or refuse refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or policy abuse.
