Sell Your Used Smartwatch for Cash

📝 Step 1: Get Your Instant Quote

• Select your console model and current condition.
• Get an instant estimated price on the PlayLoot website.
• If you like the estimate, submit your Sell Request with your contact and pickup details.

📦 Step 2: Request Review & Safe Packing

• Our team reviews your Sell Request within a few business hours and either approves it or asks for clarifications if needed.
• Once approved, you pack your console securely in a sturdy box with adequate padding.

🚚 Step 3: Free Doorstep Pickup (Pan-India)

• PlayLoot arranges a pickup through a trusted courier partner at your doorstep, anywhere in India.
• PlayLoot bears 100% of the shipping cost for sending your console to our lab. You do not pay any pickup, shipping, or inspection booking fees.

🔬 Step 4: Transparent Unboxing & Lab Testing

When your package reaches the PlayLoot lab:

• A continuous unboxing video is recorded from opening the box to plugging in and testing the console, so any transit damage or mismatch is clearly visible on record.

Our technicians then run a structured diagnostic, including (where applicable):

• Power and boot checks.
• HDMI/video output and audio tests.
• USB / controller port tests and wireless connectivity.
• Disc drive read/write tests (for disc versions).
• Storage health and basic stress tests (overheating, fan noise, sudden shutdowns).
• Controller testing for connectivity, buttons and stick drift.

🤝 Step 5: Final Price Offer (Aligned With Your Selected Condition)

After testing:

• If the console’s condition and accessories match the condition you selected, your final offer will be the same as your instant quote.
• If we find differences (e.g., missing accessories, higher wear, functional issues), our team will share the findings clearly (with photos/notes) and share a revised offer based on the actual condition grade.

You will receive the final offer via Call, WhatsApp or Email.

⚡ Step 6: Fast Payout Promise (Within 2 Business Hours)

If you "Accept Offer":

• Your payment will be processed within 2 business hours via UPI, IMPS, or NEFT during our operational hours.
• You’ll receive a payment confirmation and reference ID once the transfer is completed.

If there is any technical banking delay, our team will notify you and keep you updated until the payment is complete.

🛡️ Step 7: No-Questions-Asked Free Return

If you don’t like the final offer:

• Simply "Reject Offer" from the communication you receive.
• We will securely re-pack your console and ship it back to your doorstep 100% free of charge, with no evaluation fees and no hidden courier charges.

You always have full control: accept the offer and get paid quickly, or reject and get your console back at no cost.
