Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy governs post-purchase service for gaming consoles bought from PlayLoot.
1. Warranty Coverage
- All gaming consoles sold by PlayLoot come with a default 1-month limited warranty.
- Warranty starts from the date of delivery.
2. What Is Covered
The warranty covers functional hardware defects, including:
- Console not powering on
- Boot or startup failures
- HDMI / display output issues
- Overheating due to internal hardware failure
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical or cosmetic damage after delivery
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Software issues, bans, or account problems
- Damage due to power surge or improper usage
- Consoles repaired or opened by third parties
- Accessories, cables, or controllers (unless stated)
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Issues must be reported within the 1-month warranty period
- Buyer may be required to provide photos or videos
- Console may need to be shipped back for inspection
5. Warranty Resolution
Based on inspection, PlayLoot may:
- Repair the console, or
- Replace it with an equivalent unit, or
- Issue a partial or full refund
The resolution method is at PlayLoot’s sole discretion.
6. Shipping for Warranty Claims
- If the issue is covered under warranty, PlayLoot will bear shipping costs.
- If the issue is not covered, shipping costs may be charged to the buyer.
7. Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty will be void if:
- Warranty seal is tampered
- Console is opened or repaired externally
- Serial number is altered or mismatched
8. Policy Linkage
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
